We ship our products worldwide. PostNL is chosen as a starndard courier by us unless a customer request differenty.

Free shipping cost: ordering amount above (exlcuding) €85,- within Europe

Shipping cost calculated during check-out: order amount within Europe below €85,- or order outside Europe, or other courier appointed by a customer.

Packing material

Our products will be well pakced in a carton tube as standard.

Customs clearance and duty payment

A customer should take the liability with necessary procedure and cost for Customs clearance locally.

Each piece of art work has been thoroughly checked by us before sending. If you have any concern about the quality of your product, Meng Aterlier would like to take care your request. If there is any question regarding return and refund policy, please contact us at info@mengatelier.nl.

You can cancel your order, without giving any reason, up to 14 days after receiving your parcel. If you want to return your parcel, please send us an email to info@mengatelier.nl. Since our confirmation by email, you will have 14 days to return your parcel to us.

Full amount will be returned if the parcel and product in good conditions. Only the costs for the return of the product from your place to our address are for your own account. For inquiring correct shipping cost, please refer to your local carrier. 

We will refund full amount within 14 days of notification of your return, provided that we have received the return of the product in the original condition and without any damage.

IMPORTANCE: Returned product must be placed in the original condition and packaging.
